Every renovation project comes with its own unique requirements. Our process begins with an initial consultation where we get to know each other and discuss your goals and priorities. This meeting is an important step to ensure both parties are aligned and well-suited to achieve the desired results.

Once we’ve confirmed we’re aligned, we’ll begin crafting a personalized strategic plan through our pre-construction services. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying and working along side key professional services needed such as Architect, Designers etc.

• Site evaluation / Special permitting or approval

• Developing Scope of work

• Budget

• Blueprints

• Project Estimate Packet

It’s time to bring your vision to life! Once the contract is signed, permits and products will be sourced, and we’ll officially begin the construction phase. We’ll start with a “Team Meeting” to align expectations, review the project plan, and ensure a smooth, personalized building experience.

Upon project completion, we will provide a comprehensive turnover package containing all essential information for maintaining and servicing your home. This package will include details of your selections and other important documents, conveniently organized for easy reference in the years ahead.

At this point we have built a trustworthy relationship where many of our clients find peace of mind engaging in an ongoing preventative maintenance service. Some may also have the need for “Home Watch” services as this may be a seasonal property. Reach out for more information.
